Overview

This website is operated by Perchwarm, a sole trader based in Prague, Czech Republic. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Using our store

You agree to use our store only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information when you place an order. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to make a purchase.

2. Products

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Some lifestyle photos on this site are digitally created to show how the product can be used.

The Perchwarm heated seat is powered by a USB power bank, which is not included. Heating time depends on the capacity of the power bank you use.

3. Safe use

Follow the included instructions. Don't use the seat while sleeping, for people who can't feel heat or can't remove the seat themselves (such as young children or anyone with reduced sensation), near water, or if the cover or cable is damaged. Unplug the power bank when you're not using the seat.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to the US and import duties. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Discounts

Automatic discounts, such as "Buy 2, save $20", are applied at checkout and can't be exchanged for cash.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery times and our 30-day money-back guarantee are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and the Perchwarm name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under the law of your place of residence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
